CUSTOMS
Customs and import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for the payment of surcharges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary from country to country you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the product
Returning undamaged or unsuitable items
Under new distance selling regulations you have a seven-day cooling off period after you have received goods in which to notify me that the item does not match up to your expectations. If not completely satisfied the item must be promptly returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be packed carefully using the outward packaging as it may not be possible to offer a refund for items which are damaged during return transit.
Once I have received the carefully returned item, I guarantee to refund 100% of the item’s purchase price .
(Please send an invoice with postage receipts).
What to do if a parcel is damaged in transit
Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for it.
You must make a note of any damage on the delivery record. If you do not the couriers will argue that the shipment was delivered in good condition. In order for them to consider a claim for damage, the contents, original shipping carton and packing must be available for inspection.
If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage:
- notify me immediately
- promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report
- request that the shipping company return the merchandise
- keep the original shipping carton and packaging
